What this covers

This page explains what happens to information when you use jointkg.com, a site operated by Jared Nelson, a licensed Florida real estate agent (License #3466588) trading as The Taylor Kane Group at Epique Realty, in Boca Raton, Florida. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Using the calculator does not send me anything

The income calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type — your deal count, average sale price, split, cap and fees — are not transmitted anywhere and I never see them, unless you choose to submit the form asking for a PDF. Closing the tab discards them.

If you submit the PDF form

That form sends me your email address together with the figures you entered, so I can look at your actual numbers before we speak. The form is processed by Formspree, which passes it to my inbox. I use it to send what you asked for and to follow up about joining Epique Realty. I do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to any other agent, brokerage or third party. Reply to any message asking me to delete your details and I will.

If you book a call

Scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy. What we discuss on the call is confidential — in particular, I will not contact your current broker.

Analytics and advertising cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read, and the Meta pixel so that I can show ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited. Both set cookies and both share data with those companies, including your IP address, approximate location, device and browser, and which pages you viewed. Neither tells me who you are by name, and neither receives anything you type into the calculator.

How to opt out

You can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on; adjust your Meta ad preferences in Facebook or Instagram settings; block or clear cookies in your browser; or turn on Do Not Track or an ad blocker, which this site does not attempt to work around. None of these will stop the site working.

How long things are kept

Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule. Form submissions stay in my email and CRM for as long as I might reasonably follow up, and are deleted on request.

Children

This site is aimed at licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
