Let's just have the conversation.
Fifteen minutes. No slide deck, no second call with a closer, no follow-up sequence you didn't ask for. If Epique isn't the right move for you, I'll tell you that on the call.
Prefer to text?
Plenty of agents would rather send a message than book a slot with a stranger. Completely reasonable. My cell is below and it's the same number that's on the billboard.
What I'll ask you
- How many deals did you close in the last twelve months?
- What's your average sale price?
- Where are you against your cap this year?
- What's frustrating you most about where you are?
- What would need to be true for a move to be obviously worth it?
Have rough answers and the fifteen minutes will be worth considerably more.
What I won't do
- Put you in an automated follow-up sequence
- Pass your details to anyone else
- Tell your current broker we spoke
- Chase you if you go quiet
From first call to first closing
Book a confidential call
Fifteen minutes with me — not a recruiter, not a closer. You describe what you're doing now and what's frustrating you. I ask about volume, pipeline, your cap position this year, and what you're actually paying for. Completely confidential.
We run your real numbers
Not a generic comparison. Your deals, your average price, your current agreement, your health coverage. If the math doesn't favour a move, I'll be the one to say it.
Build your 30-day plan
Before you commit to anything, we write down what your first month looks like — dates, tasks, who does what. You keep it either way.
Complete the application
Epique's online application takes about ten minutes. I walk you through it and answer every question as it comes up.
Transfer your license
I coordinate with your state commission and your current broker. A few business days, typically. Your pending transactions are protected and I'll have mapped them with you already.
Onboarding, side by side
We go through Lofty together — your database import, your first campaigns, your IDX site, your branding. I'm on the call answering questions while you do it, so you actually know how your own system works. Week one you're transacting, not stuck.
