What are you actually keeping?
Enter your real numbers. Every field is editable — including Epique's side, so you can check my math rather than take it on faith. The result appears as you type, and I never see it unless you choose to send it.

Based in Florida? You also have the option of joining my team — here is exactly what it changes
Everything above assumes you join Epique as your own business. That is what most agents do, it is what I would suggest by default, and it is available to you anywhere Epique operates. The Taylor Kane Group is a traditional team inside Epique and it is Florida only. Some agents want the name, the branding and someone in their corner, which is a fair thing to want. You never have to join it to name me as your sponsor, and nothing about your onboarding, your cap or your support changes either way.

Take it with you
A clean one-page PDF of exactly what's above — your figures, all three columns, the verdict, and the fine print. It downloads the moment you click; you're not waiting on an email to land.
I ask for your address because otherwise I've no idea you were here. The answer is already on your screen and stays there either way — that part was never the price of admission.
Would rather not? Text (561) 414-1577 and I'll send it over myself.
What this deliberately leaves out
Commission splits and fees only. It doesn't count free buyer and seller leads with no referral split, Lofty CRM and the AI toolset, transaction coordination, free CE, streaming TV ads, social ad credit, direct mail, stock awards or revenue share.
Those are worth real money — a different amount to every agent. I'm not going to invent a figure and ask you to trust it. Total up what you pay for those things today; that number is yours, and it's the honest one.
Healthcare isn't in here either, and that one needs care. Epique's health benefit is genuinely valuable — free virtual primary care, 1,000+ free prescriptions, virtual mental health and 24/7 virtual urgent care. But Epique states plainly that it is not insurance: it doesn't cover hospital stays, ambulances, MRIs or cancer care, and they advise keeping separate coverage for those. So it may reduce what you spend on routine care — it does not replace a health plan, and this calculator won't pretend it does. What it actually covers →
How to read this. Estimates generated from the values you enter, using Epique terms confirmed August 2026. The comparison above is your current brokerage against Epique, where you run 85/15 until you cap and then keep 100% of every commission for the rest of your anniversary year; the cap starts at $15,000 and declines $1,000 a year to $10,000, at $149/month — or $99/month if you pay for the year up front, which the model does not assume. There is also a $99 one-time join fee, excluded here. The optional Florida-only TKG team caps at $10,000 flat at $99/month, and TKG takes 5% of your gross commission on every transaction, from the first deal, for as long as you are on the team — it is not a post-cap fee. Transaction fee 0.1% of sale price, capped at $500, either way. Terms change — verify current figures with Epique Realty. The model assumes flat volume and excludes income taxes, your own business expenses, healthcare, revenue share and stock awards. It is an illustration to structure a conversation, not a projection of your earnings.
How the cap actually works
Declining caps, revenue share levels, stock triggers, and what a Power Award changes.
What the healthcare actually covers
Free virtual primary care and prescriptions — and, plainly, what it does not cover.
Why the sponsor matters
The second decision nobody tells you about, and what I commit to in writing.
The number is a starting point, not an answer.
